Frogtown Heart Walk Chair Yoga with Christine

Warm up for your Frogtown Heart Walk with this 30-minute Chair Yoga class. Christine’s teaching is rooted in helping people maintain practical mobility so they can live healthy, fulfilling lives. This is a highly accessible class, suitable for all ages and abilities. We will do a gentle series of yoga postures (asanas) and breath work (pranayama) designed to open our hearts and put our minds at ease. Donations for this class will benefit the Pasadena Humane Society, who did so much to care for beloved pets displaced by the Eaton Fire. Space is limited! Submit the form below to save your seat.
